Spiralfreezer for bakery products installed |

Due to the increasing market demand for spiral conveying system in industrial bakeries the EMF subsidiary SAB-Barth has celebretated the installment of another spiralfreezer.
SAB spiral conveyours are used in the bakery industry since a long time. Cladded with insulating panels and equipped either with cooling or heating units these constructions are used as continuously operating coolers, freezers or as proofing boxes.
The newest construction was designed for freezing of almost all kinds of german, italian and french bread-types up to a capacity of 2.7 tons per hour.
In accordance to the high hygienic standard in the food industry the construction was completely designed and manufactured with stainless steel surfaces. The customers demands for a 3-shift operating freezer was fulfilled in the same way as the specific requirements of different products while being frozen.
After freezing and being packed the products will be sold to one of Germany's biggest discount supermarket chains and on this way brought to a multiplicity of housholds.
