Quality has a name

Made by EMF is more than "Made in Germany".
Our production plant SAB in Barth/Germany looks back on a more than centennial tradition in mechanical engineering and plant engineering. Since takeover by the EMF group in the 90s a complete production area for stainless steel processing was established and continuously developed further by technical innovation, and as a result of this, SAB is today a modern high-capacity production plant. Thus we are able to manufacture machines and plant modules for all EMF projects at highest quality in an economical way and in our own premises. The high quality standards we are applying for all SAB production lines are not only evident from high-quality workmanship and long life cycle of the machines. Innovative technology, optimal handling and a high degree of maintainability are also important criteria for us and certainly one reason for the steadily increasing demand for SAB products and for the fact that this company could establish itself in this line of business as a manufacturer of machinery. SAB has been approved and certified according to the high requirements of the EU guidelines for quality management EN ISO 9001-2000 and holds the “Advanced Welding Fitness Certificate” according the important German industry standard DIN 18800.
The capability of our stainless steel sector is based on three important supporting pillars:
- The high technical standard of our advanced production lines
- The know-how of our experienced engineers and skilled engineering workers
- And last but not least: The involvement of the EMF group of companies keeping always direct touch with the requirements of the market.
Therefore, we do not have any problem in optimising our products according to market requirements and in developing new ones in order to make operating procedures of our plants even more economic and effective. Customised machines and plant modules having been developed by us meet all country-specific demands made to slaughtering, processing and preparation procedures. Our plant concepts focus on the requirements of the processing industry. If applicable, we consider hygiene regulations based on the results of the latest research as much as any specific regulations required by employment and animal protection law.
