Standard cold store
Constructional standard equipment of the cold stores
All cold storage houses to be set up under assembly supervision starting from finished floor level (without outside facilities)
- Steel type S-355, surface with rust-proof priming (galvanization additional price)
- Snow load max. 1.00 KN/m²
- Insulation of cold store by PU panels, 140 mm, sheet steel, galvanized, on both sides with plastic coating, 25 my, K-value = 0.18 W/m²K
- Assumed parameter for local seismic activity: no seismicity =<0,01m/s²
- Roof and walls made of trapezoidal steel sheets, galvanized, both sides painted, 25 my;
- Wind load: max. 0.8 KN/m²;
- Partition walls of cold store made of PU panels, 100 mm, sheet steel, galvanized, with plastic coating, 25 my, on both sides, K-value = 0.24 W/m²K;
- Floor construction: prime coat, vapour barrier, floor heating, insulation: 20 cm, PS30SE;
- Other parameters on request.

Ramp on one side, width 6 m, all around closed by trapezoidal sheet steel, not insulated, each chamber with one sliding door, 2.20 m x 2.70 m, manually operated, with strip curtain, 1 emergency door, 0.70 x 2.00 m, with one impact bracket and three impact posts made of stainless steel in front of the sliding doors, 1 sectional door, 2.80 m x 3.00 m, hand-operated, electric installation including special lighting for deep-freeze store and emergency call.

Ramps on two sides, width of each 6 m, open design with roofing, each chamber with two sliding doors, 2.20 m x 2.70 m, manually operated, with strip curtain, with one impact bracket and three impact posts made of stainless steel in front of the sliding doors, with cold lock, 3.20 m x 3.20 m, at the inside in front of each sliding door.

Ramps on two sides, width of each 6 m, all around closed by trapezoidal sheet steel, not insulated, each chamber with two sliding doors, 2.20 m x 2.70 m, manually operated, with strip curtain, with one impact bracket and three impact posts made of stainless steel in front of the sliding doors, 2 sectional doors, 2.80 m x 3.00 m, hand-operated, electric installation including special lighting for deep-freeze store and emergency call, additionally to this loading ramps, 6 m x 12 m, from each side, each one with 2 loading gates with docking lock, sectional gate, loading plate and one separate exit door (500 – 3000 t/2 units, 4000 and 5000 t/4 units).
