In close cooperation with our customers we develop tai-lored concepts for new buildings and buildings to be reconstructed for all fields of operation. Decades of experience in international projecting, mainly for customers in East Europe and in the CIS states, know-how, supported by excellent local contacts ensure adherence to sched-ules and quality of material and workmanship also under difficult conditions in connection with a high degree of cost-effectiveness.

Building, building services and engineering
You define the project details and we develop the data required for functional diagram, space allocation plan, floor space and energy required, we calculate the investment volume and set up an understandable layout to visualize everything. On your demand we handle your project as turnkey project.
Project management
Not only the selection of the different industrial materials for buildings, machines and instal-lations is crucial, but also the quality of execution and assembly of all components. To cope with this, we are employing trained staff members improving their knowledge continuously to be delegated to the building site for supervision of the building and installation work and to act as advisor for our customers and their staff. Maintenance contracts complete this service and ensure a high degree of operational safety.
Buildings and concepts
We thoroughly analyze the requirements and specific demands of our customers and the workflow within their production processes, purposefully evaluate and optimize personal op-erations required and adapt storage capacities, but also cold storage and deep-freeze rooms as well as shipping operation to the requirements. This is done in close cooperation with all rele-vant departments. The result of this is a floor plan, optimized in space, on the smallest possible floor space ensuring optimized personal performance, efficient process flow and low operating and consequential costs. Basically, structural execution of the buildings, i. e. our scope of supply, comprises all essential structural elements (finished height of foundation or floor plate). Some technical details to make things clearer:
- For the building galvanized, prefabricated steel frame construction made of steel St 52, bolted together, with calculated stability proof
- Building shell as well as inside walls and ceilings with PU insulating panels with sheet steel, coated on both sides, and a polyurethane foam core with very high thermal resis-tance, U-value as required, fire protection class B1, if necessary also as mineral panel fire class A to F90. All panels mounted to ceiling panel and floor insulation without creation of thermal bridges
- Gates and loading facilities, outside and inside doors and gates, adapted to the func-tions required, some of them with frame heating and windows made in Germany
- Floor structure consisting of barrier layer, heat insulation, concrete supporting plate, screed and industrial floor coating, as required by hygiene regulations
- Refrigeration engineering components, cold generation, liquefier installations and evaporators, air ventilation and deairing with the necessary equipment
- All components required for building services, i. e. heating, sanitary installation, preparation of hot and warm water, steam generation and electric installations
- Special facilities for drinking water and waste water treatment.
We attach high importance to using high-quality material and ensuring long life cycle, reliability, also under difficult climatic conditions, together with low operating cost, unproblematic provision of spare parts and convertibility.
