End of May the entire cattle slaughter line together with the processing and packaging line was successfully set into operation. Together with our butcher our team has trained the staff and tested all machines to function. The entire facility was installed perfectly matched. All equipment and machinery functioned as always 100% properly, so that the customer could sign without objection, the transfer protocols. Even our slaughter expert said that he has experienced such a smooth start in his career, only rarely. In his view, the technical requirements in an efficient slaughterhouse were met beyond measure. Soon on the same company premises the pending commissioning of the pig slaughter line will happen, so that our customer will then manage an unique plant in the region.
